Jay grew up in Petoskey, MI and attended Taylor University Graduating with degrees in Biblical Literature and Music. Jay served as an Executive Director in Youth for Christ for 15 years. He is a certified instructor Dynamic Communications International. Jay and his wife Laura live in Alma, MI with their son Torrey 17 and daughter Grace 10. They founded Celebrate Ministries, Inc in 1995.
