Grand Hotel's concierge is located on the parlor level and is always available to answer your questions.
When do we get started?
Complimentary coffee, tea and lemonade will be available at 3:30pm when the doors to the ballroom open. The program begins at 4:00pm.
Is there time to dress for dinner after the opening session?
You will have ample time after the opening session before the dining room opens. Please remember, Grand Hotel requires evening attire in all areas of the hotel after 6PM. Evening attire is coat and ties for gentlemen, and dresses or pantsuits for ladies.
When does our luggage return to the mainland?
Please set your luggage outside your room before 9:00am on your day of departure. Remember to tag your luggage and keep your portion of the tag to find your luggage at your destination dock. Also, please keep your return ferry ticket with you and not in your luggage.
How do we reserve our room?
Your Grand Hotel Room Reservation form must be completed and faxed or mailed to Grand Hotel.
Is there a discount on the ferry?
You may download an Arnold Line discount ferry coupon. Please be sure to check the ferry departure schedule.
